WYLDE, from Kirkintilloch, made himself a first choice with Rangers' under-19s and collected the Clydesdale Bank's rising star award for the SPL youth league's best performer in October 2008.

The talented youngster is effective at left-back or left-midfield and it is his ability to push forward with pace that has impressed coaches at Murray Park.

Such were his performances when invited to train with the first team at the start of the 2009/10 season Wylde quickly earned himself a spot on the bench for the first team.

And his dream debut came at Ibrox in the third match of that season again Hamilton when he replaced Kenny Miller late in the second half for his first taste of top team action.
