Season Sales Reach 25k

Written by

ALLY McCOIST has revealed season tickets sales have crashed through the 25,000 barrier at Rangers – and he hopes that tally keeps rising for a while yet.

The manager was blown away on Tuesday night as almost 40,000 Light Blues supporters turned up at Ibrox to roar their team to a 4-0 League Cup win over East Fife.

There have been huge queues at the Rangers Ticket Centre over the last few days as Gers followers have turned up in great numbers to back the team.

And their phenomenal support is summed up by a landmark figure which McCoist would love to see get even bigger.

Demand to see the 54-times Scottish champions remains as high as ever and it looks as though another massive crowd will be at the home meeting with East Stirling next Saturday.

People wishing to buy brand new season tickets at the club can do so from Tuesday and you can find out how to purchase your seat by clicking HERE now for more information.

McCoist said: “Our season ticket sales are up to 25,000 now which is absolutely fantastic and I don’t have any doubt that number will rise again.

“Hopefully that will happen in the next few days and I just feel genuinely pleased about the positivity that’s surrounding the club at the moment.”
