Argyriou Handed Debut

ALLY McCOIST has handed Anestis Argyriou a Rangers debut just 24 hours after completing his signing.

The Greek defender is in the starting XI at Berwick, with Ross Perry making a first appearance of the season along side him in defence.

Fellow new signing Sebastien Faure is also included in the squad, but only wins a place on the subs bench.

Carlos Bocanegra and Emilson Cribari complete the back four that starts the match.

Lee McCulloch, Ian Black and Lewis Macleod will fulfil central midfield duties.

And Andy Little and Barrie McKay will be tasked with supporting Fran Sandaza up front.


Rangers: Alexander, Perry, Bocanegra, Cribari, Argyriou, Little, McCulloch, Black, Macleod, McKay, Sandaza.
Subs: Gallacher, Faure, Crawford, Kyle, Naismith

Berwick: Bejaoui, Drouge, Hoskins, Townsley, Brydon, Notman, Currie, Janczyk, McDonald, Addison, Lavery
