Duo Set For Return

Written by

ALLY MCCOIST is hopeful that both Lee Wallace and Dean Shiels will be fit and ready to face Falkirk at Ibrox in tomorrow night’s League Cup second round clash.

The Scotland and Northern Ireland internationalists trained with their Gers teammates at Murray Park this morning and should now return against the Bairns.

The news is a massive boost for McCoist who has been without two of the club’s most influential and experienced players for recent games.

Speaking at today’s pre-match press conference he said: “Dean has trained this morning and hopefully there will be no reaction.

“He should be involved tomorrow as will Lee Wallace as long as he has no reaction to training as well.

“So two of our bigger players should be back and we’re hopeful they will return against Falkirk.”

Tickets are still available for Thursday's game, priced Adults £15, conc £10 and kids just £5.
