Rangers were in good form up front in the first few weeks of the season and they scored 16 times over six matches in August.
We’ve picked out five of our favourite strikes and all you have to do is tell us which one you think is best.
If your choice matches that of our panel we’ll get the scorer of that goal to autograph a print of them hitting the net or celebrating for you.
Choose from the following shortlist:
GOAL A – Lee McCulloch v East Fife, August 7
Bustling forward McCulloch got the first goal of 2012/13 at Ibrox with this strike against East Fife in the League Cup. The 34-year-old latched on to a pinpoint pass from Dean Shiels after good work in central midfield from Ian Black and Barrie McKay then slotted the opener under the keeper.
GOAL B – Lee McCulloch v East Fife, August 7
Having broken the deadlock against the men from Methil, McCulloch rounded off the scoring too with another fine team goal. This time McKay was the architect as he played a terrific one-two with Shiels then played a beautifully-weighted ball through for McCulloch to finish off in style.
GOAL C – Barrie McKay v Peterhead, August 11
It was McKay who scored Rangers’ first goal in the Third Division and it was an excellent finish after some good build-up play. Lewis Macleod’s searching cross-field ball was knocked down really well by McCulloch and that gave McKay a chance to home in on goal with one touch before scoring with his second.
GOAL D – Lee McCulloch v East Stirlingshire, August 18
McKay had a good month and he played his part in this goal for McCulloch, the clincher in the 5-1 victory over Shire at Ibrox. The teenager picked up on a poor clearance in the right channel and took time to assess his options before dinking a lovely ball over the defence for McCulloch to chest down and drill home.
GOAL E – Andrew Little v Falkirk, August 30
Little still had so much to do when he received the ball from Shiels after a flowing move involving McCulloch and Artemis Argyriou but he charged forward with pace and power before unleashing an unstoppable shot beyond goalie Michael McGovern from 15 yards to put Gers 2-0 up.
