Gers Face Falkirk In Cup

David Templeton's goal against Airdrie helped Rangers in to the fourth round draw

RANGERS will face Falkirk away in the Scottish Cup fourth round after today's draw in Aberdeen.

The two sides last met in the competition in the final in 2009 when Nacho Novo's goal was enough to earn a 1-0 win for Rangers.

They have met in the Scottish Cup a total of 18 times with Rangers not losing since 1927.

Ally McCoist's side earned their place in the draw thanks to a 3-0 win over Airdrie on Friday night.

The tie with Falkirk is scheduled to be played on the weekend of November 30th, with date and kick off time to be confirmed in due course.
