The first phase is a new survey designed to give supporters a genuine voice and have a say in the future of their Club.
At the AGM in December 2013, the Chief Executive outlined his vision for a stable, successful and sustainable Rangers for future generations to be proud of and one of the most important steps on that journey is to engage with and listen to the views of as many supporters worldwide as possible.
Over 1.2 million Rangers fans will be contacted with the survey via email, SMS, social media, matchday activity at Saturday’s Stenhousemuir game and online here and it features a wide range of questions on all areas of the Club.
The Club wants to understand what is important to the wider supporter base and what they want from engagement with Rangers and today’s survey launch is just the first step in the Ready To Listen process.
Wallace said: “At our recent AGM I outlined our intention to undertake a comprehensive review of the entire Club and I am pleased to report that we are making excellent progress with this.
“A key element of looking at how the Club operates and engages is to understand what is important to Rangers supporters.
“If we can obtain their constructive input and suggestions then we can develop a comprehensive insight into what is needed to address the areas that are important to the fans.
“We are in the process of rebuilding how the Club operates and based on feedback from many supporters, it is clear that there is a need for professional business management, honest conversation, transparency and greater communication to allow us to move forward together.
“The Club Executive and Board are wholly open minded on how we can work together for the better development of Rangers.
“The Club, and you the supporters, have continued to be tested in recent months as we work on developing the long term strategy for rebuilding the Club.
“We need fans to know that by working together, we have the ability to position the Club for a stable, successful and sustainable future.
“We hope supporters will engage with the Club and talk to us openly. We value their input and we are Ready to Listen.
“To start us on this journey together, I would ask supporters to take a few minutes to complete our short survey which will give them the opportunity to commence the process of sharing thoughts and opinions with us.
“We will consolidate all input received and use this as the basis upon which to move our wider supporter engagement initiatives forward.”
McCoist added: “Our fans have shown unbelievable passion, commitment and support for their Club since the dark days of administration and it is only right our loyal fanbase has a major say going forward.
“The launch of this survey is just the start of Graham’s plan to increase and enhance fan engagement and I am sure our supporters worldwide will be keen to have an input.
Stage two of the journey back to the top of Scottish football is well underway and without the commitment of our fans the journey back would undoubtedly be a lot tougher.
“I have no doubt the information gleaned from this survey will help take Rangers forward and we need to do everything we can to re-engage with our supporters who after all are the lifeblood of the Club.”

- Hard copies of the Fan Engagement Survey are available at Saturday's game against Stenhousemuir for supporters who are unable to access the internet
- These will be available from the Ticket Centre, The Ibrox Megastore and in the concourses pre-match, half-time and at the end of the match
- Surveys should be completed and placed in one of the collection bins provided in the concourse or handed in at either the Ticket Centre or the Ibrox Megastore
- Alternatively, forms can be returned in the post to arrive no later than Friday 28 February 2014
- All postal entries should be addressed to Ready To Listen, Rangers Football Club, Ibrox Stadium, 150 Edmiston Drive, Glasgow, G51 2XD
The deadline for completion is midnight on Friday 28 February 2014.
