Connor Allan Signs New Contract Until 2025

RANGERS are delighted to announce that 18-year-old Connor Allan has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2025.

Allan has made a big impression at B Team level under David McCallum this season, playing every minute in Rangers’ UEFA Youth League campaign.

The young defender has also played a starring role in the Gers’ strong start to the Lowland League season, making the step up after impressing at U18s level last season.

Recently capped at Scotland U19s level, Allan has committed his future to the Light Blues for at least the next three seasons.

Head of the Academy, Craig Mulholland, commented: "We are delighted Connor has extended his contract at Rangers. Connor’s transition from being a midfield player to a centre back in the last 12 months has been carefully managed by our PDP coaching team and he has embraced it with the outstanding attitude he brings to all challenges.

"We believe that Connor is still early in his journey and there is lots of exciting development still to come which will see him maximise his potential. I know his parents are very proud and they will provide great support to Connor as he aims to follow Nathan, Leon, Alex, Robby and others who have all transitioned to the first team in the last couple of years. Good luck Connor."
