RANGERS will welcome Club Brugge and Middlesbrough to Ibrox in July with the club today pleased to confirm our men’s first-team’s initial pre-season plans.
UEFA Champions League outfit Club Brugge will visit Ibrox on Sunday, July 6 for a 2pm kick-off, whilst Michael Carrick’s ‘Boro will make the short trip north on Saturday, July 26, also with a 2pm kick-off.
The hard work for the ‘Gers gets underway on June 23 with their return to pre-season, while they will also head to the world-class St George’s Park, home of the England national teams, for an intensive training camp in early July.
On sale dates for home tickets for Club Brugge and Middlesbrough, presented by Unibet, will be confirmed in due course.
Club Brugge tickets are priced at £18 for adults, £10 for concessions and just £5 for kids. Middlesbrough briefs are £20 for adults, £12 for concessions and £8 for kids.
Rangers Women will also take on Middlesbrough at 2pm on July 27 at Broadwood. Further details on their pre-season schedule and matches will be announced soon.
Rangers’ men’s first-team will enter the UEFA Champions League in the league path of qualifying round two, the draw for which takes place on June 18. The first-leg will be played on July 22 or 23; and the second leg on July 29 or 30.
Fixtures for the new Scottish Premiership season, meanwhile, will be released on June 20, with the season beginning on the weekend of August 2.
