WE are pleased to confirm that 4,118 tickets are available to supporters for our match versus St Johnstone on Saturday 11th September.
In response to supporter feedback, we are pleased to announce that we have made a number of updates to the way that domestic away tickets will be allocated.
For this match, plus all other domestic away fixtures where timelines permit, Season Ticket Holders with MyGers memberships will be invited to register their interest in attending the match.
An email with a link to register will be sent to the relevant supporters today.
We will then hold a ballot within each tier (Gold, Silver & Bronze) using the registration data to help guide the number of tickets that will be available for each tier.
The ballots will be rotational ballots. This means that every supporter will receive a ticket within their tier before being eligible to receive another ticket.
For certain high demand matches (such as Aberdeen, Celtic, Hearts and Hibs), supporters will be required to have registered for additional matches before these games are available to apply for. The match application threshold for these games will be communicated in due course.
We are pleased to advise that children under the age of 16 who are successful in the ballot will always be balloted with their friends and family group, so will receive the same match and tickets seated together, subject to availability.
After hosting a number of supporter focus groups in recent weeks, the club would like to thank fans for their feedback and we look forward to these changes improving the away match experience for supporters.
Supporters successful in the tiered ballots will be notified on Monday 6th September morning by email. The sales window for successful supporters will open from Monday 6th September 1:00 pm - Tuesday 7th September 9:00 am.
