RANGERS Football Club are delighted to announce that Tessel Middag has signed a two-year contract extension with the club.
The midfielder has committed her future to Rangers ahead of the 2022/23 campaign as the squad look to build on last season’s title success.
Middag’s experience and consistency in midfield was key throughout the unbeaten league run in what was her first season in Glasgow.
On signing her new deal, she said: “I am delighted, I am happy to be here and to be able to continue to enjoy my football.
“I feel we are surrounded by great people so that made it an easy decision to stay longer and I’d like to thank the club and the staff for their confidence in me.”

Head coach Malky Thomson said: “We are delighted that Tess has signed a contract extension with the club and that she will remain part of our squad next season. Not only on the pitch, but every day at training Tess’ influence and experience has a positive impact on the squad.
“She played an important part of our squad last campaign making 30 appearances and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her this season.”
