RANGERS play Heart of Midlothian in the semi-final of the Viaplay Cup at Hampden Park on Sunday November 5 at 3pm.
The club is aware of the challenges supporters have encountered when purchasing match tickets from the club’s third-party ticketing website during recent sales windows.
Whilst development of a new ticketing website is being finalised, in order to streamline the process and reduce traffic to the current website, the club has made an important amendment to the sales process for the forthcoming semi-final.
Allocation is via the following priority groups:
Season ticket holders on CCCS who are MyGers members
Season ticket holders on CCCS
Season ticket holders who are MyGers members
Season ticket holders
MyGers members
General sale
Successful supporters within priority group 1 have been emailed with a sales window specific to their MyGers points totals.
You will only be able to purchase a ticket when it reaches your specific window. Please note if you miss your window, you will still be able to purchase your allocated ticket until 9am on Monday 16th October.
These windows are as follows:
Any remaining unsold tickets following this window will be offered for purchase to supporters in group one with a lowerMyGers points total.
The required points total will be communicated in due course. This process will continue until all tickets are sold.
