RANGERS can today provide a women’s squad update following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season.
Lizzie Arnot will bring an end to a fantastic career as she has decided to retire from professional football after winning a league title, two Scottish Cups and three Sky Sports Cups during her time with the Gers.
As the club confirmed earlier today, Academy graduate Mia McAulay will leave after the expiry of her contract.
Camille Lafaix will also move on after two years at Ibrox. The midfielder signed for the Light Blues in the summer of 2024 from French side Bordeaux.
She went onto make 55 appearances and scored 11 times, including a strike in the Sky Sports Cup Final in 2025 as the Gers thrashed Hibernian 5-0 at Fir Park.
We can confirm Li Mengwen and Quinty Sabajo will both depart. The pair joined as free agents back in September 2025, racking up 33 appearances between them.
The trio of Soffia Kelly, Jess Pegram and Kim Shin-Ji will all return to their parent clubs as their loan spells have come to an end.
We thank Lizzie, Mia, Camille, Li, Quinty, Soffia, Jess and Shin-Ji, for all their contributions to the club during their time here and wish them all the very best for the future.
The club remains in positive discussions with several other first-team players over contract extensions.
Women’s Head Coach, Leanne Crichton, said: “I would like to thank all of the players who are moving on from the club.
“They have all played their part this season, and I wish them all every success for the rest of their careers.
“We are already underway in terms of planning for next season, where we will look to be challenging for every piece of silverware on offer.”
Women’s and Girls’ Managing Director, Donald Gillies, added: “I would like to echo Leanne’s comments by thanking all of the players for their efforts this season.
“Each and every one of them were a credit to Rangers, and they gave everything to help us throughout the campaign.”
