We are pleased to confirm that the recent £16 million share issue has now been completed and was fully subscribed by a broad group of existing shareholders.

Shareholder Meeting – 10 August
Although Rangers is now a private company, the club remains committed to engaging with shareholders.
This year's Shareholder Meeting will take place on the morning of Monday 10 August in Glasgow City Centre, with invitations being issued shortly.
The meeting will provide shareholders with the opportunity to hear directly from the club's ownership and leadership team, receive an update on the progress being made across the club, and ask questions about our plans for the future.
