FOLLOWING tonight’s UEFA security meeting, it has regrettably been confirmed that there are currently no public transport options for supporters to travel to Amsterdam following tomorrow night’s Champions League Play Off match.
Eindhoven authorities had initially believed that they would be able to secure a direct football train to transport supporters, but this option has now formally been refused.
The Lord Mayor of Eindhoven and other local authorities are meeting tonight to discuss options to help ensure the safe travel of hundreds of supporters who are anticipated to be relying on public transport to Amsterdam.
Supporter safety is a matter of utmost importance and Rangers will do all it can to support the safe transport of our supporters. We would encourage all supporters who are able to make alternative arrangements to do so.
