Wes Foderingham comes in between the sticks for Gers this afternoon, while Matt Polster makes his first domestic start for the club at right back. Helander, George Edmundson and Andy Halliday complete the back four.
Kamara is joined in the middle of the park by Joe Aribo and Greg Docherty, while up front, Greg Stewart, also making his first domestic start, and Jordan Jones will play in support of Jermain Defoe.
New signings Andy King and Brandon Barker could debut from the bench this afternoon, while there is also a place there for Jamie Murphy, the winger could make his return to competitive action after being injured at this stage last season.
Andy Firth, Borna Barisic, Nikola Katic and Jake Hastie complete the seven available replacements.
