RANGERS will open the 2022/23 SWPL 1 season at home to Glasgow Women after fixtures were announced this morning.
Following the move to the SPFL, 12 teams will now compete in the top flight, as Malky Thomson’s side look to build on last season’s title success.
The first match will be on Sunday, August 7, with the Light Blues away to Aberdeen the following weekend.
Gers will be away to Glasgow City on Sunday, November 20, before hosting the first Old Firm match of the season one week later.
The final fixture before the split will be at home to Hamilton on March 12.
Elsewhere, Gers will be in UEFA Women’s Champions League action on August 18 as they take on Ferencvaros.
