2026/27 ScottishPower Women's Premier League Fixtures Announced

RANGERS will kick-off the 2026/27 ScottishPower Women’s Premier League campaign away to Montrose on Sunday, August 16.

The league fixtures were released this afternoon and it will see the Light Blues head to Links Park in a repeat of last season’s opening day.

Leanne Crichton’s side will be on home soil for the first time the following weekend, when they host newly promoted Spartans at Broadwood Stadium seven days later on Sunday, August 23, before rounding off the first month of the new season with a trip to the capital to take on Hearts at Ainslie Park.

The first Old Firm of the season will take place on Sunday, 27 September, when the Gers host their city rivals in the first clash between the teams, with the second derby away from home on Sunday, November 15.

Rangers will close out the year with a trip to Edinburgh as they take on Hibs on Sunday, December 20, before the winter break kicks in and the Light Blues then back in SPWPL action for the first time in 2027 when they make the trip north to face Aberdeen on Sunday, January 17.

Concluding the pre-split campaign is an away fixture against Spartans on Sunday, February 21.
