Attacking midfielder Charlie, 16, is already well known to academy staff having impressed for Rangers in the prestigious Al Kass tournament earlier this year.
He had already become the youngest player to feature for Irish side Glentoran before he signed for Rangers and the Northern Ireland youth international is delighted to join the club he has supported since he was a young boy.
Striker Tony Weston joined from Blackpool in the summer and scored 14 goals for the youth team last season before being promoted to their first-team squad.
And fellow striker James Graham joined from Ross County to complete a hat-trick of impressive youth signings.
All three 16-year-olds are working hard to develop under the talented coaches at the training ground and will answer questions tomorrow morning on the RYDC Twitter feed.
