All The Info: Weekend of Legends II

TODAY marks the second edition of the Weekend of Legends and you can still get your hands on tickets to the match at Ibrox.

A Rangers Legends side, managed by Alex McLeish and captained by Barry Ferguson, will square off against a World Legends outfit which includes the likes of Robin van Persie, Emmanuel Petit, Michael Essien and many more.

Ticketing information

You can buy your tickets to the match online here, priced from £18 for adults, £13 for concessions and £5 for junior supporters.

The ticket centre will also be open from 10.00am right until kick-off on the day of the match, or you can pop over on Saturday between 9.00am and noon.

MyGers Members will receive 5 MyGers points for purchasing a ticket, with Junior MyGers Members and Junior Season Ticket Holders able to attend for just £1.

Please note the match is not included the Home CCS scheme.

Entertainment

The Fan Zone within Edmiston House, presented by Park’s Motor Group, will be open from 11am and will feature a number of special guests, including players. The Fan Zone will also be open post-match and will include live on-stage post-match interviews with a selection of players.

The café and retail store within Edmiston House will also be open from 10:30am.

Kick-off at Ibrox is 2pm and there will be a half-time show on the pitch featuring Callum Beattie.

RangersTV

Those unable to attend the match will be able to catch the action live on RangersTV, where you can subscribe for just £6 per month.

Emma Dodds and Shelley Kerr will be live from 1:30pm to build up to kick-off, with Clive Tyldesley and Kevin Thomson on commentary duty to guide you through the action at Ibrox.

Inside this weekend’s special edition is Rangers Legends manager Alex McLeish, as he speaks of his experience managing the side in last year’s match and getting the opportunity to reunite with many of his former players again. Captain Barry Ferguson also looks ahead to captaining the side once again and leading the team out in front of the Gers faithful.

Also in the programme, we profile the star names on both teams, including comments from former Gers stars Kris Boyd and Jermain Defoe. World Legends manager Robbie Fowler has his his say, while David James, Robert HuthStewart Downing and Steve McManaman share their excitement ahead of the match.
