RANGERS Under-19s will once again compete in the KDM Evolution Trophy, with the fixtures for this season’s edition set to be released tomorrow at 1pm.
The competition pits the young Gers against senior sides throughout the Scottish football pyramid in a 40-club league phase.
The league phase will be split into four pots by division, with each club playing two different opponents from each other pot to make up a total of six fixtures.
Like last season, Rangers will play all of their league phase matches away from home.
The top 22 sides in the final standings will then progress to the knockout stages where they will be joined by clubs in the Scottish Championship.
Last season’s competition saw Kyle Glasgow, Ashton Scally and Luca Rankin, all of whom were aged 15 at the time, feature against senior sides.
