The Gers continued their unbeaten run in the Park’s Motor Group SWPL yesterday afternoon with a 3-1 victory at Rangers Training Centre.
Speaking to RangersTV after the match, Arnot said: “I think we can be really proud of ourselves and everyone put in a real shift.
"In games like that we need everyone on top of their game and to perform and I feel everyone did that.
“We knew it was an important game, there's no denying that but we just tried to treat it as every other game. We know there's still a long way to go but hopefully we can build on it and it can give us a real boost for the rest of the season.”
Arnot opened the scoring with 14 minutes on the clock with a fantastic left-footed strike.
She continued: “It opened up when Tess [Middag] passed me the ball and I could hear people shouting shoot so I just thought right here we go.
"I just hit it and it was one of those ones where you hit it and it is quite sweet. It is good when I can contribute like that and I am really happy for the whole squad.
“It was a real test for us going down to 10 players and it was obviously a big mental push but when we got that third goal I thought that relaxed us.
"Even at 3-1 it was a stress but we all dug deep and you could see that togetherness throughout the squad and it really got us through to the end.
“We have got players fighting fit to get a place on the pitch and I feel we can really use everyone on the squad. It is another important game, we enjoy it but we need to turn around and get ready to focus on Wednesday now.”
