The new Gers boss marked his first competitive game in charge with a 3-2 victory over Hibernian at Ibrox last time out, and he hopes that his side pick up from where they left off that evening in their visit to Pittodrie.
Speaking to the media ahead of the match, Beale said: "It's important that we continue with our identity. In the first half on Thursday night, you saw an anxious team and crowd which can happen when you concede so early and straight after you concede yourself. It was important that we focussed on trying to play with the identity that we discussed and trained, which we did in the second half.
"At this moment in time, that's the most important thing, to try and get performance-happy as that will double up with the results. I certainly don't want to go all for the result with no style or substance because over a while we may get tripped up by that. It's important that we get to the style that we want as quickly as possible.
“The way we played in the second half on Thursday, we'll create chances against every team in this league. It's important that we start where we left off on Thursday because I was pleased with the second half in particular."
The Light Blues will face two away trips before Christmas with a visit to the Highlands to face Ross County also on the horizon, and Beale insists that each game will be taken in isolation as he welcomed the opportunity that it provides for his players.
He continued: "It's a mentality week. We have the two longest journeys in the league back-to-back for us as a team within three days before Christmas.
"When you go away from home you have to show something slightly different to what you have to at Ibrox - teams are a little bit more open and fans push their team to come and attack. It gives us great opportunity when it happens. I expect two really tough games, but one game at a time. We need to start off where we ended the game on Thursday night."
