The Light Blues will host Montrose this Sunday at Broadwood Stadium in their final match before the upcoming international break.
Speaking to RangersTV ahead of the game the assistant coach says the team must keep hitting the levels they have of late as they aim for 12 domestic wins in a row.
She said: “I think it is just maintaining standards and I think actually as staff we are very good at that. We are good at celebrating the big moments when they come, but also those smaller moments where the detail is needed, we give that as well.
“The players respond really well and they ultimately have to go out and deliver and I think they done that so far. For me it is just can we keep asking those questions and can they keep coming up with the answers.
“It is not feet up; they have to come in and do the hard yards as well. We have to make sure that we keep them accountable just like the ones that go away.
The former Burnley interim head coach has highlighted the improvement of their weekend opponents, with the Gers running out commanding 12-0 winners when the two sides last met in the SWPL at Links Park back in September.
She continued: “I think for Montrose they have grown. They have grown and adapted really well to this league. They have picked up some good results of late so they are not going to be that same team that we faced, but equally neither are we.
“We’ve enhanced our performance again with and without the ball, so we have to be ready for what they are going to bring. They are in a good moment right off the back of some good results, so we have to take it up a level and hopefully move the game away from them.
“For them they have a decision to make on whether they stick to their principles and play the way they want to play and the game will go however the games goes. Or whether they change and try adapt to contain us a little bit more.
“I know we keep saying we are having good weeks in training but that is the truth. We train well, we work hard, we have a game plan and we stick to it.
Bradford has spoken of the delight in the camp with five of the Gers named in the upcoming Scotland squad for their Nations League fixtures against Belgium and England.
She added: “It is great and I know it is a really proud moment for them and their families. For us as a club it is imperative that we have international players. Particularly Scottish internationals is really important for us. I obviously wish them all the best and hopefully they go and get some good results.”
Tickets for the match at Broadwood Stadium this Sunday are available here, priced at £7 for adults and £3 for children and concessions, kicking off at 4pm.
