The Gers started their league campaign with a 7-0 victory over Hamilton and the right-back feels it is important they build momentum heading into a busy spell of league fixtures.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV ahead of the match, she said: “It was good to get the win under our belt for the first game of the season and we look to build on that this weekend.
“It will be a tough game, going into every game we know that it will be tough and that it will be a challenge but obviously we are looking to get the three points.
“We have got a busy period of games coming up so it is great to get a bit of momentum going moving forward.”
Brownlie missed the majority of pre-season through injury but was delighted to get half an hour on the pitch in the opening match of the season as she makes her full return.
She continued: “I am feeling good. It was a long pre-season, I had a few injuries but I was doing as much as I could in the gym so that I was in a good way coming back into training.
“The physios have been great, they have been getting me ready because I've not had much game time in there at all and the Hamilton game was my first game this season.
“I got 30 minutes last weekend and then I actually played for the under-19’s last weekend just to build on that as well and get some extra minutes.”
