Leanne Crichton’s side will square off against Glasgow City at Fir Park, kick-off 3pm, in search of a fourth successive triumph in the competition.
And Brookshire, who netted against Sunday’s opponents in a 1-1 away draw earlier this season, says her limited cup-winning experience prior to joining the Gers has only sharpened her hunger to get her hands on silverware.
Speaking exclusively to the official Rangers website, the Greek international said: “I played in one tournament final in college, and it was pretty intense.
“We want to retain the trophies that we won last year, and I want to do everything to be a part of it.
“We’re just focused on Sunday. We’ve been taking it one game at a time, and we’re glad we got the win on Sunday. Hopefully, we can prepare well for this weekend.”
Rangers handed Glasgow City their first domestic defeat of the campaign two days ago when Katie Wilkinson converted from the penalty spot in stoppage time to help deliver a 1-0 league victory.
The contest appeared set to be heading towards a share of the spoils before Laura Berry was fouled inside the penalty area, with the lion’s share of the opportunities belonging to Rangers.
Brookshire believes the side can take plenty of confidence from the victory and performance, but says it’s important the Gers get their preparations right once again for Sunday’s final.
She added: “We gave them all the respect because they’ve had a great season. We knew we had the quality, talent and the right mentality going into it.
“They played well defensively, and it’s hard to break down a good team, but we were finding those pockets, and it was just about the final execution.
“We had a few good chances right before, so we knew if we kept applying pressure, we would get the goal.
“We dropped a few points that we didn’t want to, and we knew coming into Sunday's game that it was nothing other than three points. I was so proud of everyone.
“The main goal was to pick up the three points and bring it into the cup final.
“We have a full week of preparation. We’ll get a little bit of recovery from a three-game week and be able to settle down, and to prepare for the same side is going to be crucial.”
