The winger racked up double figures for goals at the weekend for the club as his strike was enough to see off Dundee at Ibrox in a 1-0 win as the Light Blues racked up a fourth league win on the spin.
Speaking to the media ahead of the Gers’ next outing when they travel to take on St Mirren tomorrow evening, he said: “It has been going great now and I just want to continue with that, but most importantly we are in a good flow as a team as well, let's keep that going.
“It was very important for us to get a win, get back on track with winning games and we did that, that is the main thing.”
Philippe Clement’s men have matches against the Paisley side and Motherwell to come before a mouthwatering second derby league showdown of the season, but the Czech Republic international says they have to focus on the next two outings before trying to claim the city bragging rights in the new year.
He continued: “Old Firm? There are two big games before that, in a very tight schedule.
“To be honest and I think everybody in the dressing room feels the same way but we need to be ready for those two then there is the third one on January 2, first two big games before that.
“I don't think it was very difficult for us in the end to move on [from the final] because we are professionals and we know that every game is very important.
“Which is true, big disappoint was there but in football you need to be able to move on quick and we did that.
“There is another game and two important games before that and then there is another one.
“The schedule is obviously very tough; we just need to be really focused on the recoveries and just keep this flow because the team is doing well and we are all almost fit.
“We will need every single player from the squad because it is really killing.
“It is a nice period because it is going to be the first time for me playing during Christmas so looking forward to that but the body needs to be ready for that.
The 27-year-old has paid tribute to his manager for his upturn in form, as he is hopeful of continuing to produce numbers on the pitch heading into 2025 and the second half of the season.
He added: “The relationship with me and him it is great, as I said the last time the talk helped me so much and we actually continue to do that.
“If you remember I said I want to do everything to give it back to him, to the boys on the team and to this club.
“Since I got here I have enjoyed it so much, even with the up and downs a few months ago.
“That is my only job for this year is to give everything to this club, to this manager and to those guys.”
