Charity Foundation Host Children's Christmas Party

The Rangers Charity Foundation’s annual children’s Christmas party was back this year – and it was bigger and better than ever!

Last year’s event sadly couldn’t happen owing to Covid-19, so the Foundation made sure this year’s party was full of festive fun. Children who had been nominated for the Foundation’s Dream Fund, as well as kids recommended by charity partner Glasgow City Mission were joined by youngsters from Robin House and the Foundation’s Autism Friendly Football programme.

The day was a huge success, with lots of Christmas fun including food, face-painting, a craft table, an amazing magic show with the incredible Gary Dunn and a very special visit and gift from Santa! The children were also able to have their pictures taken with the SPL Trophy.

The Rangers Charity Foundation’s Rachael Cosgrove commented: “Christmas is a magical time of year and through our Dream Fund we have been able to bring some magic to children in need, with a very special party at Ibrox! After another tough year for everyone and the majority of our Dream Fund activities still on hold, we were delighted to be able to host the Children’s Christmas party again and wish all our guests a very Happy Christmas.”
