Charity: New Football Fans In Training at Ibrox

IF you sign up for the Rangers Charity Foundation’s Football Fans In Training (FFIT) programme at Ibrox, you can kick start your summer with the FREE weight loss course.

Each session is split between classroom health education and physical activity sessions and covers issues such as weight management, exercise, diet and healthy eating, alcohol awareness, motivation and well-being.

Don’t just take our word for it! Previous participant, Kevin praised the programme for starting his weight loss journey.

He said: “For me one of the things I’ve learned is how to control and manage portion sizes because that’s really important and cutting out the things that aren’t part of a healthy diet.”

The FFIT programme works with individuals aged between 35 and 65 years old who are overweight and provides a great opportunity for people to improve their fitness, lose weight and train at Ibrox.

The next block starts the week beginning 15th April for men 5-7pm and 18th April 6-8pm for women.

To sign up for FFIT, please complete the form on the SPFL Trust website which can be found at: https://spfltrust.org.uk/ffit/ and choose Rangers as your club.

For further information, contact the Foundation on: 0141 580 8775 or e-mail rangerscharity@rangers.co.uk.

This programme is supported by funding from the SPFL Trust.
