The midfielder, who joined on a deal until the end of the season from English side Birmingham City yesterday, has previous title winning experience in her career so far having lifted the FA Championship with both Manchester United and Leicester in recent years.
Speaking to RangersTV in her first exclusive interview after joining the Light Blues, she commented: “There is no better feeling than holding up a trophy.
“That is something that every player wants to do and I just want to keep doing that.
“I feel like at Birmingham I was at a standstill and I have worked with Jo before and when she spoke to me about the ambition of the club and what she's trying to achieve I was on board and I wanted to come as soon as possible.
“When I worked with Jo she made me feel good, she made me understand more about my playing style and she let me be me and I think that is the main thing as a player.
“When a manager lets us be who you are as a player and I am excited to continue that.”
The 26-year-old will be joining up with former teammates Liv McLoughlin and Lizzie Arnot at the Gers as she expressed her excitement of sharing a pitch with the duo once again and her experience at previous clubs
She continued: “I won the league with Lizzie [Arnot], I have got a good relationship with her.
“It is nice that we are reunited after our friendship. Liv and I played together at Birmingham; I think we were one point away from winning the league.
“I know both girls, I know what qualities they bring to the team and I just want to be like them and impact this team.”
“When I was at United I was very young, but I was in a great team.
“A lot of experienced players and a lot of upcoming great players.
“I feel like at Leicester I was at a time where I understood what the feeling of winning was like and I really enjoyed both times I won. I just want to carry on doing that.”
Devlin said she didn’t think twice about the move when the chance came as she spoke of settling into her new surroundings and the prospect of pulling on the Rangers jersey for the first time.
She added: “I think if you think about it is the hesitation and I didn't really hesitate.
“I thought right it is a new journey; it is new country and you have got to just do what you have got to do and either works out or it doesn't and that is the exciting thing about football.
“I just want to come here and shine and try bring my abilities to help the team win.
“The facilities are great; I wasn't expecting it to be like this. I was really impressed and the girls have just made me feel so at home.
“They are so nice and genuine and they just want the best for the team and that is a nice environment to be in, I have slotted in like a jigsaw piece really.
“It is exciting, it is positive play and that is what I am about.
“I want to score goals and assist, ultimately whoever scores it just helps the team win so I just want to be a part of that.”
