Victory over Aris Limassol at Ibrox would secure European football after Christmas for the Gers and extend their home unbeaten run in the competition to nine matches.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow evening's clash, Clement commented: "Of course if you can qualify with one game left to play then it's a big thing.
"For me, every game is important. I'm looking forward to playing at Ibrox, with a full stadium and all the fans behind us which gives us something extra.
"There aren't many teams in Europe who can already qualify, but we know we still have two games to do that.
"We're going to grab the opportunity with two hands to do it tomorrow evening, but not with three because I expect the hand of the fans also.
"I want ambitious people in the building, to create winners. And winners, for me, are those who always want to win; not just one or two, but they want to win in every training session.
"I can't put priorities into one competition because then I don't create winners. It's an important thing for the club; everyone wants to play in Europe and it's good for the career of players."
The Light Blues remain unbeaten under Clement since the Belgian's arrival in Glasgow, producing an important 2-1 victory over Sparta Prague in their previous Europa League outing.
However, the Gers boss says his side must be ready to quell Aris' attacking threat in transition as he challenged his side to continue their strong home form.
He added: "I want the players to continue what they've been doing until now.
"The first 15 minutes against Aberdeen wasn't good, and we had a really good meeting around what went wrong and what went well for the remaining 75 minutes.
"It will be a tough challenge [against Aris Limassol] because it's a difficult team.
"They attack with a lot of numbers and have a lot of speed in the team. They have several players who with one action can decide a game.
"We need to play an organised game, and we need to be smart in all of the situations.
"It's important to keep a good balance in the team against them."
