With just one defeat in 16 league matches under the Belgian, Rangers are on impressive form and the manager hopes that can continue as the Highland side visit Ibrox.
Speaking to the media at this afternoon’s pre-match press conference, he said: “It is the same challenge as in the last couple of months that we will have to break open the wall, to be very focused, to have a really good tempo on the ball and to be decisive.
“We expect a tough game like always and we need to make the game. Ross County signed seven new players in the winter break, so they are also not the same team as they were in the first round of the league.
“I think if fans are excited it is only a good thing, it gives energy. We are only busy with our own game and Ross County that is the only thing, so it is good for the players also - for sure a few months ago it was another kind of noise when they came on the pitch and they didn't like that one so this one they like, I know already from the last games so that is a positive thing.
“Of course, home games are important but away games also, if you only win the home games and we lose points in the away games we will not reach our goals, so all of the games are important.
“I have been in this game long enough. It is the only way to have success if your mindset is like that so I will keep my mindset because I want to win things and I will see that my players keep that mindset also.”
When asked to provide an update on his squad, Clement said Leon Balogun could come into contention having trained with a mask following a facial injury, while Ryan Jack will be out for this one as his injury return is managed.
The Gers boss said he has confidence in his whole squad as he balances player rotation alongside the busy fixture schedule.
He continued: “I have the confidence otherwise I would not do the changes and I know it is the only way to be ready for all the challenges that we face.
“It is around 14 weeks still to go and if our season is exceptional, it will be 24 games in that period plus maybe 2 international games for the internationals also so it will be almost every three days a game, so we need everybody ready.
“Sometimes a player who didn't play all season and he is on the pitch for five minutes can be the difference in winning a trophy or not and we are preparing everybody to be ready for the story so that is why we need to make changes also.”
The manager believes it is an ‘amazing’ dressing room at the moment, as he described the crucial connections between players.
He explained: “Connection between people is so crucial, they need to work hard together but they need to count on each other and be there when somebody makes a mistake. It is very important to have this human relationship also and in that way, it is a really amazing dressing room at the moment.
“The new players have said it is a really nice place to come into. It is good they have the example from the beginning of the season where it was much more difficult between them. Sometimes when I feel it is necessary, I remind them still a little bit about those two different worlds, but they need to stay in heaven like they are now, but with their feet on the ground/ That is the case, there is a lot of fun but there is a lot of hard work also.”
