Fabio Silva, Mohamed Diomande and Oscar Cortes all joined in the past month and the manager has been happy with the business as he prepares his squad for a crucial period ahead.
Sitting down with the media ahead of tomorrow’s Scottish Premiership match against Livingston, Clement said: “I am happy that it is finished and we know what the squad is for the next four months because it is going to be a sprint with a lot of games. We could adjust a few things to get balance in the squad and we could add some young talented players who can raise their game here.
“Everybody worked really hard in the building, and I think compared with a lot of other teams we did really interesting things with the three guys we brought in. There was a lot of competition for them also, so I am happy with the squad who are here now.”
On the most recent recruit, Oscar Cortes, who was confirmed on deadline day, Clement continued: “He is someone with a lot of talent, he is still young, he had his first experience in Europe in Lens, it was not the easiest one.
“He is somebody who has a lot of quality and he has a big future if he makes a good step, and he learns the right things.
“It is a culture shock, so you need to take that into account, and every individual is different in that way. Some need more time, some are fast to adapt. It is our job as a club, my job, my staff, everybody around those players to adapt fast so we are going to put a lot of attention into that next to the things on the field.”
With four home games in the next 10 days, Clement says he wants to win every game home or away but gets goosebumps every time he steps into the Ibrox office.
He continued: “The next six weeks until the next international window we will have five weeks out of the six that are three games a week, so it is going to be a really really intense period.
“When I need rotation, I am going to do that rotation, so I need to make everybody ready for that. That is going to be the case tomorrow to get players on the pitch again who came out of injury. These players don't have game rhythm so I need to build it again next to the training, so we are still busy with that.
“I don't see home games as an opportunity because I want to win them all, let's be very clear about that I want to win the away games also, but it is nice to play at Ibrox. It gives me goosebumps every time I step into that office.
“There is a difference maybe in that the pitch will be better, that helps for the football we want to play but we have to keep on pushing with all the team.
“We see more and more players fit and there is a fight for every position. That is what you want as a manager, it will give you headaches also in moments to make choices, but we know we have a lot of games.”
