The Finland international, who joined from AIK in the summer, made her competitive debut at Broadwood and slotted into Gers attack with two first-half assists.
Danielsson feels the recent pre-season camp in Spain gave her the opportunity to gel with the squad. Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, she said: "I thought that the first-half was tough in the way that they were sitting so low so we didn't really come through the middle. When the first goal went in they started to loosen up a little bit and nerves came down for me at least, it was fun to finally play a competitive game.
"I think this was the best way possible to start so we have to gain confidence from this and every player should be really happy and confident going into the next game so it is a good feeling."
Danielsson feels there’s more to come from the squad and her as an individual as they continue to build on the opening day’s performance.
She continued: "Pre-season helped a little bit to get to know the players off the pitch and how they move so I think this is only going to get better. We have the ambition to win and never relax, even though it is 10-0 we know we need to keep going because we never know what is going to happen during the season. Every goal counts and I think it is amazing that we scored so many goals with different goalscorers so it is just a big big plus.
"Now, I feel like I am settling and I know everyone, it feels good to come to training and I am really comfortable around the team and the staff so for me this game was like a warm-up game and I hope the next game is going to be even better."
