The Gers recorded four successive victories across the first month of the calendar year, scoring 10 goals and conceding just once.
It included a memorable 3-1 Old Firm triumph at Parkhead, which preceded back-to-back wins over Aberdeen, home and away, before a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Dundee at Ibrox.
Speaking after picking up the Manager of the Month award, Röhl commented: “I am delighted to have won the Manager of the Month award. However, this award is not about me; it is also for the rest of the coaching staff as well as the players.
"We have worked tirelessly as a group to get into the position we are now, and I hope there may be more of these awards in the months ahead, as that means collectively we have achieved what we want to achieve here at Rangers."
