A regular in the Northern Ireland squad - Vance is currently away with her country ahead of an important Euro 2022 Qualifier in Belarus.
She is one of five Rangers players on international duty this week, and hopes other players in the squad can benefit from playing and training at such a high level each day.
Speaking to RangersTV she said: “There are now five of us away on international duty so it just shows how serious we are about the new structure coming in with Rangers and it's quite exciting. It is great because every day the standards are high in training.
“I think we proved it at the weekend, we went out and played Hearts and shortly after that Zoe Ness got a late call-up to the Scotland squad.
“She has been out for a year with an injury and it just shows that for the past year she has worked hard to get back sharp and she got her rewards.
Northern Ireland take on Belarus on Tuesday night as they aim to secure a play-off spot in their group.
Kenny Shiels’ side beat the Faroe Islands 6-0 last month in their first game back after the break.
They currently sit one point behind tomorrow night’s opponents, and Demi feels the squad are in a good place ahead of the fixture.

She continued: “The mood is really positive around camp. I think it is obviously a bit different from what we are used to but we are all glad to be together and for the fixture to go ahead.
“The team has a lot of confidence right now, it is a big big fixture for us. I think it will be a tough game for us.
“We have only played Belarus once so there's not a massive history between the countries.
“It’s still all to play for, we are not out of it yet and neither are Belarus so I think it'll be a really exciting game come Tuesday night.
“This is massive for us, I think the next three games are huge, obviously we need nine points which we believe will be enough.”
