The left-back is hoping for more of the same from the Gers after 3-0 victories over Hearts and Queen’s Park so far this week.
Speaking to RangersTV ahead of the game, she said: “We know Hamilton very well, I have played against them in games a lot and Gary will have them set up well.
The Gers kicked-off their SWPL Cup group campaign with Thursday’s 3-0 win against Queen’s Park, with Docherty making her first start since returning to the club.
She continued: “I personally really enjoyed it, I am happy to be here. First and foremost we were delighted with the win, obviously we were a bit disappointed with not taking the amount of chances we had but the three points was the most important.
“It was really important to get off to a good start in the cup and get those three points on the table.”
Rangers travel to Hamilton on Sunday for their second SWPL Cup group game. The match will kick off at 3pm at Foys Stadium in Hamilton.
