The four new members will join the FAB ahead of the 2026/27 season, increasing its membership from seven to eight.
The FAB gives supporters a direct route to raise questions, share feedback and discuss important matters with the club on and off the field. Its members also contribute to working groups looking into ticketing, MyGers, heritage and European away matches.
Matt Boyd, Jamie Cook and Kelly Johnstone will step down after serving as members of the FAB’s inaugural group. The club thanks all three for the important part they played in establishing the board and shaping its work. They will remain connected through the FAB alumni network.
Applications were assessed by a three-person panel comprising Alan Russell of Supporters Direct Scotland, FAB Chair Stuart Langan and Greg Marshall, Head of Supporter Engagement, as the club’s representative.
The club and FAB thank all 140 supporters who applied.
Greig Mailer, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, said: “The FAB has already made an important contribution to discussions on ticketing, pricing, heritage and the experiences of supporters at home and abroad.
“It is important that the FAB is prepared to challenge the club. Its role is not simply to agree with us, but to raise difficult issues, have honest conversations and ensure the views of supporters are heard. In turn, the club must listen and respond constructively.
“We thank Matt, Jamie and Kelly for their contribution, and Stuart Langan, Craig Hannah, Fahd Ikram Bari and Gary Ralston for their continued work. We look forward to welcoming the new members and working with the full board in the season ahead.”
Stuart Langan, FAB Chair, said: “Matt, Jamie and Kelly helped build the FAB from a standing start, and the board owes them a real debt of gratitude.
"The first cycle of the FAB in many ways was foundational against a backdrop of significant change at the club. This sets us up really well for the next cycle and the strength of interest in these vacancies demonstrates an increasing level of interest in the work of the FAB from the Rangers fanbase.
"The newly appointed members bring fresh perspectives and experiences from across the support, and I am looking forward to working with them alongside our continuing members as we continue the privilege of being a voice of the Rangers support.”
The club is delighted to welcome the following new members to the FAB:
Lynne Hughes
Rangers has always been a significant part of Lynne’s life, and supporting the club is something she has shared with her family from an early age. As a busy working mum, she enjoys taking her youngest daughter to Ibrox and understands the importance of creating a positive matchday experience for supporters of all ages.
Lynne is a deputy managing partner at a PR and digital communications agency, with more than 25 years’ experience in communications and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about helping people have a voice and believes the FAB has an important role in ensuring supporters feel listened to, represented and involved in shaping the club’s future.
Drawing on her professional experience, Lynne is committed to listening to supporters, communicating openly and helping to build stronger connections between the club and its support.
Carson Logan
Carson has followed Rangers at home, away and across Europe for the past 15 years. During that time, he has built strong relationships across both the support and the club.
As an active member of the Copland Collective, Carson has experience engaging with the club to discuss issues affecting the active and travelling support. As a law student, he also brings the perspective of younger supporters and is committed to ensuring their voices are heard.
Carson has a particular interest in fan culture and the experiences of match-going supporters and is passionate about helping to strengthen the relationship between the club and its support.
Ross McAdam
Ross is the group CEO of a large UK manufacturing and construction group. His career has spanned finance, private equity and executive leadership, and he previously served as a trustee of the mental health charity SAMH.
A lifelong Rangers supporter and season-ticket holder, Ross is passionate about ensuring supporters have a genuine voice in shaping the club’s future.
He has a particular interest in supporter communication, the overall fan experience – particularly for those travelling to European away matches – and the club’s long-term development.
Gary Tuach
Gary is a contracts manager in the construction industry and has extensive professional experience of working with people at all levels, building relationships, solving problems and supporting collaborative decision-making.
He has been actively involved with the Rangers Supporters Association, including running his local supporters’ bus and previously serving as its chairman. These roles have given him valuable experience of working closely with the club on a range of supporter-related matters.
Travelling to every game from the north of Scotland, Gary brings first-hand knowledge of the challenges and varied experiences of travelling supporters. He is committed to ensuring supporters receive the best possible experience and believes every supporter should have a voice in shaping how that is achieved.
The new members will take up their roles ahead of the FAB’s first meeting of the 2026/27 season, joining the continuing members in representing supporter interests and contributing to the board’s work.
The full FAB comprises Chair Stuart Langan, Vice-chair Craig Hannah, and members Fahd Bari, Lynne Hughes, Carson Logan, Ross McAdam, Gary Ralston, and Gary Tuach.
