"We are always looking to get goals in the first ten and fifteen minutes because we know that when we get a goal it becomes easier for us, to get an early goal is important and gives us an advantage.
Fashion Jr emphasised the importance in attaining more individual minutes on the pitch as the squad head for a tough run of fixtures in the coming weeks with Liverpool travelling to Ibrox next week for their Champions League match.
He continued: "We keep on working hard, we have some tough games coming up and we believe in ourselves and have a really good squad to keep giving the challenge in each game that we are playing.
"It’s a very big game but this is a very big club, and we are ready to give everything. We are looking forward to the game on Wednesday and hopefully we can get the result for our fans."
