That means it’s a back five of Foderingham in goals with James Tavernier, Filip Helander, Connor Goldson and Borna Barisic in front of him.
Jack is in midfield next to Kamara and Joe Aribo while up-front, Ojo and Scott Arfield will play in support of Morelos.
Davis, Stewart and Defoe are on the bench next to sub goalkeeper Andy Firth, Jamie Murphy, Andy Halliday and Nikola Katic.
