STEVEN GERRARD has named four changes for this afternoon’s first Old Firm match of the season at Parkhead.
From the side which defeated Ross County 2-0 in Gers’ last outing a fortnight ago, in come goalkeeper Allan McGregor, Swedish international Fil Helander, Steven Davis – who broke the Northern Ireland international caps record over the break – and Brandon Barker, who netted the clinching goal in that win over County from the bench.
They replace Jon McLaughlin, Leon Balogan, Ryan Jack and Jordan Jones, with all four of them switching to the bench.
That means it’s a back five of McGregor, James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Helander and Borna Barisic.
Davis comes back into midfield next to Glen Kamara and Scott Arfield, while up front, Ryan Kent and Barker will support Alfredo Morelos.
