The Light Blues ran out 2-0 winners over Caledonian Braves at Dumbarton Stadium last night to round off their league campaign, with Robbie Ure and Charlie Lindsay grabbing goals either side of the interval.
Speaking to RangersTV after the victory, the Gers B captain said: "Obviously we wanted to finish higher in the table as that was our objective at the start of the season, but we done the best that we could. Overall, the season has been good. It's a real challenging league and it's really demanding. We've finished as high as we could, so we're quite happy in the end.
"Playing two games per week, most weeks throughout the year, is what you want. It was game then recovery, and it gets you into that the mindset of when you're older and in the first-team."
The victory made it four wins in a row for the young Gers, continuing their momentum as they prepare for next month's Old Firm clash in the City of Glasgow Cup final.
He continued: "I thought it was a really good game for us. We wanted to finish as high as we could, and we've done that. We were pretty good over the course of the game, defended really well, and showed quality throughout. We're happy to get the three points.
"It's what you want, to stamp your authority. For the majority of the game we did, and there was a small period where we didn't. But we rode it out, defended really well, and picked up three points.
"Graeme Smith has been having a laugh with us about trying to keep that momentum going! We're certainly doing that and hopefully we can grab a trophy in a couple of weeks' time."
