Sporting Director Ross Wilson confirmed an Academy restructure recently and RYDC have hosted a series of Q&As with key coaching staff in previous weeks.
New Rangers B Team coaches Kevin Thomson and Brian Gilmour were followed by David McCallum, who oversees the under16-18 groups, and Cameron Campbell who will join following his dual role across Right to Dream and FC Norsjaelland in Denmark.
The Academy is now organised as the Foundation Phase, Youth Development Phase and Professional Development Phase and Graeme has responsibility for overseeing the coaching and development process across all academy squads.
Neil is a coach and education manager at the club and both will answer your questions early next week.
