The two sides will compete in the Old Firm at Hampden Stadium as the young Gers look to add to their impressive history in the competition.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV ahead of the fixture, the defender wants his side to showcase all of the hard work which has went into this season: “I am really looking forward to it and relishing the fact that we get to play at Hampden. It will be a great opportunity to showcase how good we are and how good we can be.
“Winning at Hampden would be the biggest reward for how hard we have worked as a team on and off the pitch, coming in every day and always working towards our goals.”
The defender has praised the side for their performances in the competition so far having advanced to the final without conceding a goal.
He continued: “Every game the performance has been there. We have always stuck to our game plan and carried it out well, and we will look to do the exact same thing.
“I think defence can be the most important part. If you do your job first, you go and let the attackers do what they do, and as we have done we have gone and blown teams away. We have scored 12 goals in four games and conceded zero so hopefully more of the same.”
The 17-year-old has fond memories of following Rangers at the national stadium and wants his side to approach the occasion in a positive manner.
He added: “It’s always a highlight growing up and watching Rangers at Hampden. I was there last year when we beat Hearts in extra time, the atmosphere and everything was unbelievable.
“This will be my first time playing there so hopefully it is one to remember.”
The match kicks off at 7pm at the national stadium tomorrow evening and the game is available to watch live on BBC Scotland.
