The Light Blues resumed their campaign with an 11-0 victory over the University of Stirling last weekend in the Scottish Cup with their focus now turning back to league action in their first SWPL game of 2023.
Speaking to RangersTV ahead of the clash with the Edinburgh side the captain wants the team to pick up league duties from where they left off as they look to keep pace at the top of the table.
She said: "It feels like a while since we have played a league game. Obviously the one before Christmas got postponed as well, so it is important that we get back into where we left off and try to get three points and that is the aim for the rest of the games this year.
"We always try to focus on us, but we have got to respect the opposition as well, they will be well organised and hard to break down but hopefully if we can do all the right things and work to our strengths then hopefully, we can get three points."
Hill was happy with the manner of the display in their sides convincing weekend win which saw several youth players in the squad getting the opportunity to impress and she says they are going to need everyone to play their part in what remains of the season.
She continued: ‘’It was a good game to get us started back after the new year, lots of positives to take from the game, scoring a lot of goals and another clean sheet, and I think it was pleasing for the likes of Jodi [McLeary] to get a hat-trick.
‘’She has been working hard all season, so to see her getting a hat trick and Megan Bell coming back after a long time out and scoring, it is good going into the rest of the games.
With several games coming up including fixtures against Motherwell and Aberdeen to come the captain wants the side to continue pushing forward as they get back into the thick of the league action, as she reflected on their campaign so far.
"If we are being picky, we are obviously disappointed that we dropped points, but there are lots of games still to be played and there is plenty of time to make up for those and that has got to be our aim going forward.
"We have got a busy few weeks coming up but that is what we would prefer, you always want to play games, so we have just got to take one session and game at a time and keep working hard."
