Ibrox Pride are Rangers’ official LGBTIQ+ supporters’ group, promoting inclusion and equality for LGBTQ+ fans within the support and working to tackle homophobia in football.
The group also finished runners up in the Supporters Group Award, with Fans for Diversity, in a category which included Proud Forest, Proud Sky Blues, QPR Rainbow Rangers and Rainbow Owls.
In the meantime, Rangers is supporting Football v Homophobia Scotland’s month of action, which runs throughout February and challenges homophobia in football and promotes environments where supporters, players and staff feel able to be themselves and belong.
The group attended their first fixture as an official supporter’s club against Kilmarnock earlier this month, and those interested in joining as a member should email ibroxpride@gmail.com.
