It was a successful break for the Scots in the squad as they were part of the side who produced back-to-back wins against two teams who will be heading to the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand this summer.
A fantastic long-range strike from Rangers left-back Nicola Docherty was enough to see Pedro Martinez Losa’s side claim victory over the Aussies in a friendly in London on Friday afternoon.
There were several memorable moments for the Gers involved as 17-year-old winger Emma Watson made her first start for her country, as well as midfielder Chelsea Cornet also being handed her debut after appearing from the substitutes bench.
A night to remember for Watson was to follow four days later as she made her home debut at Hampden Park against Costa Rica, getting on the scoresheet twice while being assisted by her Light Blues teammate Brogan Hay for her second goal of the evening.

Megan returned to the Northern Ireland set-up during the break for the first time in a year following her injury lay-off.
The midfielder started from the off as they were defeated by Wales in Cardiff on Thursday evening.

Kayla was part of the Jamaica side that ran out 2-0 winners over Sheffield United in a friendly played at the King Power Stadium on Monday afternoon.
The match was being used as further preparation for Jamaica's upcoming World Cup campaign this summer, where they have been drawn into Group F alongside France, Panama and Brazil.
