RANGERS’ Jenny Danielsson has been voted SWPL Player of the Month for August.
The midfielder has been named the first winner of the individual awards of the 2022/23 Scottish Women’s Premier League season after a strong first month on the pitch with Malky Thomson’s side.
The Finnish international has featured in all four league matches for the Gers and has scored twice in what has been a tremendous start to the season.
The Light Blue also played a key role in the club’s historic progress to Round 2 of the UEFA Women’s Champions League where they will face Benfica later in the month in a momentous first leg at Ibrox.
