The Gers will make the short trip to take on their city rivals for the final time this season with the destiny of the SWPL title currently out of their hands as they sit five points adrift of the top with three games to go.
Speaking to the media in this afternoon’s press conference ahead of the clash, she said: “Become a must win game? Yes I think it does.
“We are hugely disappointed that it is not in our hands right now, but there is nothing we can do about that.
“It is no different to what it has been the last few, it is just getting a lot closer now and we have got to make sure that we are doing everything we can to get three points.
“I think you can still see one result the other way changes the whole complexity of it all again.
“We have got to make sure that we are really staying on track and doing what we need to do because one result can change the whole outcome or dynamic.
“We have got to concentrate on ourselves; we have got to beat a very good Celtic team.
“They seem to be hitting a run of form again.
“I watched their last game back against City and if it wasn't just for a couple of errors it wasn't that too far off.
“The score line doesn't probably reflect the game as a whole.
“We have got to make sure that we are keeping on track, we know Celtic are a very good team that are going to be very hard to play against and these games always bring up something different anyway.
“Whether you are first and second in the league, third and fourth, however that looks.
“When you are playing a Rangers v Celtic game it is always a must-win game for both teams so that dynamic doesn't really change in an Old Firm which I think brings its own entity to the league anyway.
“Both teams will be wanting to win that game.”
The former Lioness says it is up to her and her coaching staff to keep belief within the group they can still win the title this season, with their fate becoming clearer by the time they step out at New Douglas Park come Sunday afternoon.
She continued: “We have just got to make sure that we keep pushing those messages of what we are good at.
“As I have always said, we don't shy away from the things that we haven't done very well.
“We have just got to make sure that we are bringing it more often than not.
“You can't slip up that many times and expect to be sitting at the top of the table.
“It is learning that we have got to take forward, we have got to pick up quicker than what we have done, but I have also not got to forget that we have still got to install confidence into this group, because it is a really big week.
“You are going into the last week of the season playing three very big games.
“We have got to install a lot of confidence and get that message right with the players and we have got to be right at it from minute one.
“Twists to come? It seems to be that way I think if you are going off the tale of the season then you'd definitely think that.
“Hibs have been super consistent, they have not really messed up too many teams they have been the team that has just stayed there and thereabouts for a long time.
“They are deserving of the position that they are in, we have just got to hope that if they are going to mess up it is going to be this weekend.”
On the back of two poor results in league action prior to last Sunday’s win over Motherwell, the head coach is hopeful they can build on that as they target three victories in a row during the run-in.
She added: “We know that Motherwell was going to be a tough test because you look at previous results against them it only seems to be really us that put more than four past them.
“We can play well we do really play well against Motherwell; we needed one of those performances.
“We needed it to click; we needed to make sure that we were putting some things right that we hadn't done really well.
“Those can go one or two ways, if you don't have that performance against Motherwell it can seep into this week.
“Luckily enough it didn't, we managed to get the performance and the result.
“We have got a couple of things to work on this week; we have got a few injuries that has put us back a little bit so we have got a few things to look at it and we have got to make sure that we are digging down and trying to get a result on Sunday.”
