Ben Davies – Birmingham City
Ben continued his run in the Birmingham side over the past week as he featured for the entirety of their last two outings in a busy stretch of games.
He was in the lineup as the team played out a score draw with Stockport before they claimed an impressive away win over Wigan Athletic in a 3-0 triumph, with the defender helping his side to a clean sheet in the process.

Jose Cifuentes – Aris Thessaloniki
Jose was an unused substitute as Aris made their return to action for the first time in 2025 with a 2-0 home defeat to OFI in Greece at the weekend.
His side will be faced with the difficult task of taking on Olympiacos in their next outing as they look to bounce back in the coming matches.

Johnly Yfeko – Exeter City
Johnly made his return to action following a long injury lay-off from the substitutes bench as Exeter were beaten 2-1 by Wycombe Wanderers on New Year’s Day.
He was then part of the squad that suffered defeat by the same scoreline at the weekend, this time to Bolton, with the defender looking to make his return to full fitness in the coming weeks.

Robbie Fraser – Livingston
Robbie made his Livingston bow at the weekend having joined the Championship club for the remainder of the campaign last Friday.
The full-back was introduced as a second half substitute in a 2-0 away loss to Queen’s Park as he will now hope to earn himself a regular place in the team in the second half of the season in what is his first loan spell of his career.

Connor Allan – Kelty Hearts
Connor continued his run in the Kelty Hearts midfield as his side played out a goalless draw with Montrose in Scottish League One.
Having been a mainstay in the team since making the temporary switch, his club currently reside in third place in the table, as they target a positive second half of the season.

Jack Harkness – Stirling Albion
Jack was in the Stirling Albion side lining up at full-back once again as his team lost out 2-0 to Clyde at the weekend.
They will be looking to bounce back in the first home outing of 2025 however, when they take on Spartans on Saturday afternoon.

Abi Tobin – Hamilton Academical
Hamilton were back on the pitch for the first time in 2025 as they claimed a resounding 8-0 win over Rossvale in SWPL 2.
The midfielder was named in the starting lineup and provided the cross which lead to their first goal of the year to set them on their way to a comfortable victory at New Douglas Park.

Kirsten Love – Hamilton Academical
Kirsten was also in the starting lineup and got herself on the scoresheet to break the deadlock on the day as the Accies began the new year in style.
It was the midfielder’s third strike of the campaign, as they will look to build on their showing in the coming matches when they next take on Ayr United away this weekend.

Sophie Townsley – Hamilton Academical
Sophie had an impressive first half of the campaign in front of goal and started where she left off with two further strikes to begin the year.
The young forward found the back of the net for the eighth and nineth time this season, as Hamilton stretched their lead at the top of Scotland’s second tier to 11 points having played a game more than Kilmarnock a place below them.

Madison Maxwell – Gartcairn
Madison was named in the Gartcairn starting side for their first outing of 2025 as they claimed a 3-1 win in the capital over Boroughmuir Thistle.
The youngster put in an impressive afternoon’s showing as she found the back of the net scoring the third goal whilst also being named player of the match.
